The check-in process was slightly delayed.

Awesome spot for a group vacation! We enjoyed mountain biking on fantastic trails and relaxed by the indoor heated pool. The rooms were comfy and offered great lake views. Be ready for some fun adventures or chill time with friends. Close to downtown and eateries too!
Our check-in experience was a bit rough. We had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long trip.

Not great for the family traveler
The common spaces were absolutely stunning and cozy, I didn’t even want to come up to the room. Like huge living room where you can hang out, eat watch the lake and mountains by the numerous fireplaces, read, play board games with family. Just. Perfect perfect space and location at the end of the village but right there to take a comfortable stroll when you like and come back to your happy place.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Had a fantastic stay where the cozy lobby really made me feel at home, and I loved enjoying the relaxing indoor heated pool. The outdoor fire pits were a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only slight drawback was that the hotel was a bit noisy with kids running around at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The cozy lobby features multiple lounge areas complete with fireplaces, making it an inviting spot to unwind. The King Junior Suite offered fantastic views of Mirror Lake through large windows, while modern decor provided a chic backdrop for relaxation.
Check-in could use some improvement. a delay added extra frustration after a long trip. My King Junior Suite lacked some promised amenities, and the absence of a reliable air conditioning unit turned my stay a bit uncomfortable. I noticed the room didn’t have a closet, with only four hooks for storage, which felt inadequate.
